SHIPPING & RETURNS

Salty Sail Bags Shipping Policies:

  • We ship USPS (United States Postal Service).  If you prefer a different shipping carrier add it in the note section when placing your order or send us an email with order # and carrier. 
  • All orders will ship within 3-5 business days from order date. 
  • We do not ship on Saturday or Sunday. 
  • Notification of tracking number will be emailed to you the day that we are shipping your order.
  • If you package does not reach you in a timely manner you may contact us, and we will work to track your package.  
  • If you need a rush order, please make sure to pick the correct shipping method.  Salty Sail Bags will not be responsible for additional rush order costs in shipping.  All customers will be charged the difference and payment must be made before your order will be shipped.

Return/Refund Policy:

  • All returns must be made within 14 days of your order. 
  • You may exchange a product for another product, all costs of shipping and returning will be at the cost of you the customer. 
  • All returned items must be in the exact condition it was when it left our facility.  If the product has been used or is damaged no refund will be remitted. 
  • We will send you a return label via email. 
  • Refunds will only be issued once the item has been returned to us.
